Kimberley is pleased to announce that the screening for 2
Funny went
extremely well, except of course for one technically difficulty which
usually happens when you want things to go smoothly!!
This year has been particularly rewarding for Kimberley having faced some
huge hurdles and challenges. Canada’s Diva Comedian isn't giving up any
time soon.
Kimberley attended the World Television Festival this year in Banff and finally
got the Comedy Cruiser on the road. Our promotional vehicle can be seen all
over at Festivals Parades and other fun events to promote the show and let
people know about our fun production.
 Kimberley's
very latest news includes canning a full season of stand up comedy Vancouver,
” Vaudeville
style”, squeezing in corporate shows when
she is called on and joining Women in Film here in Vancouver!
Watch for our new online comedy classes starting soon and a Documentary produced
by Vancouver’s own Ami Catriona that focuses on breaking the stigmas
of mental illness through stand up comedy workshops. For more information go
to www.comedycourage.com. Kimberley was called on to teach a group how to write
and perform a 5 minute routine to raise money and awareness for another great
cause.
Some of Kimberley's previous FUN raisers include the Canwest Shows "She
Show" at the Canada Place Pan Pacific Ballroom and raising money for some
awesome charity events, including the RCMP Cops for Cancer Galas, Comedy Courage,
and The Hyack Festivals volunteer appreciation dinner.
